Kathmandu/ MetLife Nepal marked its 23rd anniversary on December 5, celebrating over two decades of trust, dedication, and service to its customers. The milestone reflects MetLife’s unwavering commitment to helping Nepali families secure brighter futures through pioneering insurance products and solutions.
Ms. Elena Butarova, MetLife’s Head of Bangladesh, Malaysia, Nepal, and Vietnam, visited Kathmandu to lead the special celebration. A grand Annual Family Event was held in Kathmandu last week, bringing together MetLife associates and their families. The event honored the dedication of MetLife associates, whose efforts have been instrumental in the company’s success.
The anniversary was also the perfect occasion to launch MetLife Nepal’s "My Agency App" for field forces, to help strengthen its agency and business operations. The app makes it even easier for agents to manage policies and applications and build closer relationships with customers.
MetLife Nepal’s General Manager, Mr. Nirmal Kajee Shrestha, remarked, “This milestone is a testament to the trust our customers have placed in us and the dedication of our associates and field forces. As we celebrate 23 years in Nepal, we remain committed to innovating and delivering solutions that empower our customers to secure their futures with confidence.”
With 23 years of successful operations, MetLife Nepal continues to lead the way in providing reliable insurance solutions, reaffirming its position as a trusted partner in the lives of thousands of Nepalis.
